CHEMALAYA SDN BHD is a Metal Recycling company that is committed to complying with all legal and regulatory requirements, continual improvement and prevention of pollution by:

implementing the “Guided Self-Regulation” program by the Department of Environment (DOE)

appointing Competent Persons to ensure Environmental Competency

forming an Environment Monitoring Committee for Regulatory Compliance and Performance Monitoring Compliance

having and maintaining facilities and equipment for wastes recovery and pollution prevention

adopting new technologies for recovery and recycling

reporting and communicating with DOE periodically

This policy is communicated to all employees, contractors, suppliers, and available to the public
